Mavis x Sam Spring 2018
Mavis (New Destiny’s Count it All Joy) and Sam were bred in January, and puppies were born on March 15, 2018. Four girls and two boys will be ready for new homes in mid-May. All six were born black and are expected to clear to blue (dark gray like Mavis) or silver (lighter gray like Sting). The puppies in the above photo are just a few hours old!
The breeder is Michelle Birchard of New Destiny Poodles, a small-scale breeder with 20 years of poodle breeding experience.

Mavis is a full sister to Jackie who was the mother of the New Destiny’s February 2017 litter (Jackie x Sam). The puppies from this litter are now over a year old, and some of them are on the smaller side — maturing in the 35 to 40 pound range. Mavis is smaller than Jackie, so it is likely that this litter will also produce at least a few puppies that are in the 35 to 40 pound range as adults, as well as some that are larger.
Puppies are raised in Michelle’s house with all of the love, support and socialization that gives New Destiny poodles such a good start in life.
